WHO WE ARE Skate Mania operates skating sessions, camps, lessons, and party bookings. INFORMATION WE COLLECT We collect only what we need to run our programs: - Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, and (for bookings or registrations) billing details and mailing address. - Camp / program information: your child's name, age, allergies or medical notes you choose to share, emergency contacts, authorized pickup people, and program or pickup-location choices. - Photos: if you or we add a camper or pickup photo, we use it only to safely identify children at check-in and pickup. - Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as your device type and the pages you visit) used to keep the site secure and working. 3. PAYMENTS Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe and is NEVER stored on our systems. We keep only a record of the transaction (such as amount, date, and the last four digits). 4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION - To register children and manage camp, lessons, and party bookings; - To process payments and, where you sign up for a recurring plan, to bill it; - To communicate with you about your registration, schedules, and safety; - To verify authorized pickups and keep children safe; - To operate, secure, and improve our website and services. We do NOT sell your personal information, and we do not use children's information for advertising. 5. CHILDREN'S INFORMATION We collect a child's information only to provide the program you registered them for, and only with a parent's or guardian's involvement. A parent or guardian may review, update, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by contacting us at mail@skatemania.fun. 6. WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH We share information only with: - Service providers who help us operate, under confidentiality obligations - our software platform (r1nk / Quantiphai LLC), our payment processor (Stripe), and our email provider; - Authorities, if required by law or to protect the safety of a child or others. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. 7. HOW WE PROTECT AND KEEP YOUR INFORMATION Connections to our site are encrypted (HTTPS), access is restricted, and data is backed up regularly. Camp and pickup photos are kept private and are not shown on public web pages. We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our records obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below). 8. YOUR CHOICES You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, and you can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time. To make a request, email mail@skatemania.fun. 9. ACCEPTANCE By registering, booking, or otherwise using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you are registering a child, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf. 2. REGISTRATIONS AND BOOKINGS Program details, prices, and availability are shown at the time you register or book. Submitting a registration or booking is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including any medical or emergency details for a child. 3. PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS, AND RECURRING PLANS Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Where a program offers a recurring (weekly or monthly) plan, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your saved payment method on that schedule until you cancel. A deposit or registration fee, where noted, may be required to hold a spot. 4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS All birthday party deposits are non-refundable. SAFETY AND CONDUCT Skating and rink activities carry inherent risks. Participants take part at their own risk and must follow all posted safety rules and the instructions of our staff. We may refuse service or remove anyone whose conduct is unsafe or disruptive. Children must be signed out only to authorized pickup people. 6. PHOTOS Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may take photos of activities for safety and internal record-keeping (such as identifying children at pickup). We do not publish children's photos on public web pages. 7. WEBSITE CONTENT The content on this site is provided for information about our programs and may change at any time. You may not copy or reuse it except for your own personal, non-commercial use. 8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Our website and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skate Mania is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law. Participation in physical rink activities may also be subject to a separate waiver or release you sign on site. 9.
